I have been a member of GCBRA since I was 16 years old. Both of my kids ran barrels in GCBRA and my daughter is still a member. I have served on the board for numerous years from director to officer. I have always enjoyed GCBRA helping novice riders and watching up and coming barrel horses compete in our club and go on to be some of the best barrel horses in the northwest. I myself have competed in a wide array of sports from barrel racing to relay racing . But most of all l loved watching my kids compete all over the country winning various events against the toughest competitors in the event. This year may mark the year my granddaughter joins the GCBRA family. This is our 45th year and I can hardly wait to see the next generation of champions.
